Took a lot of convincing to try this place and honestly the academic styling approach is something I hadn't seen before. The management team explained everything clearly which I appreciated but when I came back for the actual service delivery, things moved slower than I expected and follow up was nonexistent. For what they charge sha, I expected better coordination between departments because I had to repeat myself multiple times. It's not a bad place but they need to tighten up their process if they want loyal customers like me coming back.
