Came here to see what the fuss about Future Builders Academy was all about and I was on the fence the whole time. The academic styling and management approach they have is solid and you can see they know what they doing, but the customer service part made me wonder if anybody is actually supervising staff. I waited almost an hour before someone properly attended to me even though the place wasn't packed, and when they finally came they couldn't answer basic questions about their programs without going to check with someone else. Won't say don't bother but abeg they need to get their house in order first.
