Wasn't even planning to come but my boss at school needed help with some business banking thing and dragged me along to FSDH Hub. The staff were polite enough and explained the merchant banking services, but chai the whole process took forever and I felt like they weren't really set up to handle someone like me coming in with basic questions. They have the knowledge sha but the systems felt outdated and everything moved slow slow. I won't lie, I might go back if I need their services again but I'm not in a rush to recommend them to my colleagues.
