Frequent customer here and I must say Fresenius has been reliable for my dialysis sessions. The medical staff know what they're doing and they explain everything clearly which I appreciate as someone who didn't understand much when I first started coming. My only gripe sha is that even with an appointment, you still wait almost an hour sometimes before they call your name and that's frustrating when you're already dealing with health issues. Otherwise the place is clean, the equipment works fine, and they've never made me feel rushed through the process so I keep coming back.
