Hospital appointment nearby so I came here after and honestly the specialist I saw knew his stuff and explained everything clear. But abeg the waiting area was packed like sardines and I sat there for almost an hour before anyone called my name even though I had a booked appointment. The whole thing left me frustrated because the actual consultation was solid but the system sha made it feel like they don't value your time. Mixed feelings because the medical side was decent but everything else around it needs serious work.
