I wasn't sure at first but decided to check them out for the mortgage thing since housing prices in Akure are just crazy these days. The staff was really helpful explaining how the whole process works and I appreciated that they took time to answer my questions properly. My only annoying thing is their website information is outdated abeg because when I called to confirm something I read online, they said that program ended three months ago. Overall though for what they offer the experience was solid and I'll probably go back when I'm ready to seriously pursue the housing loan.
