I've tried FirstChoice Med for months now and honestly the health plans are solid, covers what they promise and claims processing is fairly straightforward. The one thing that gets me vexed is their online portal takes forever to load when I'm trying to check my coverage details or submit documents, sometimes I just give up and call them instead. Staff on the phone are helpful when you reach them but why make the app that slow in 2024? Na small thing but it's annoying for someone like me running a shop who doesn't have time to wait for pages to load.
