Insurance process took forever but coverage is solid

Came for a quick consultation about health coverage and ended up spending almost two hours just filling forms and answering questions. The staff were polite enough but abeg they need to streamline their system because I almost left halfway through. What got me though is that once everything was sorted, the actual coverage they explained made sense and the rates weren't as bad as I feared. Still on the fence about renewing next year sef but at least I know what I'm paying for now.
