Decent idea but the execution sha needs work

Tried not to think about it too much at first but my colleague kept pushing me to use Firstaid Hub Med for a quick consultation instead of going all the way to the hospital. The app interface was straightforward and booking was easy enough, but then I waited almost 45 minutes past my appointment time before the doctor even came online. The consultation itself was rushed through in like 10 minutes when I had more questions to ask, and nobody followed up with me afterwards to check if I was actually better. For the price they charge abeg, the waiting time alone shouldn't be that bad.
