Long time customer dropping a review finally because I just finished dealing with my claim and honestly the whole thing took longer than it should have. The staff were helpful when I came to lodge the claim and they explained everything clear clear, but abeg when it came to processing everything moved at a snail's pace. Still got paid at the end which is why I'm not going lower than 4 stars because at least they didn't give me the runaround like some insurance companies do, but next time I hope they speed up that part of the process because waiting almost 3 weeks for settlement when you need the money is not it.
