Tried this Field Intelligence thing for our clinic's supply chain and sha it actually works better than the manual way we were doing things before. The system itself is solid and tracks everything properly but abeg their support team took almost a week to respond when I had questions about setting it up. For the price they charge you'd think someone would pick up faster. Still using it though because the platform does what it's supposed to do once you get past the initial setup wahala.
