I've had to deal with FERMA Nigeria for some drainage issue on my street and honestly their coordination is confusing. The staff at their office when I went to lodge the complaint weren't even clear about what documents I needed or how long it would take, just kept telling me to come back next week. When they finally started work months later the quality was decent enough I won't lie but the lack of communication throughout the whole thing had me vexed. They do the job but abeg make the process less stressful next time.
