Came for a checkup after my office referred me here and the medical facilities look proper sha, but abeg the administrative side is where they're losing customers. Waited almost an hour just to register even though I had an appointment, and the girl at the desk kept saying the system was slow without offering any apology or update. The doctors know their onions and the place is clean, but if they can't sort out their basic processes how can you trust them with anything serious. Not sure I'll come back unless things change on the front end.
