Came to check out their wellness services since I work in healthcare and wanted to see what they offer, but honestly the whole experience felt disorganized. The receptionist took almost 20 minutes before she even acknowledged me even though there was nobody else there, and when I finally got through to ask about their HMO packages the information she gave me was confusing and contradictory. The facilities look decent enough but for a university hub that's supposed to be comprehensive, their system needs serious work sha. I might try again because the concept is solid, but they need to train their staff better and get their act together first.
