Came to check out their agricultural research programs since that's what they're known for and I was impressed with the work they're doing sha. The facilities look modern and the staff explained their projects well, which made me understand why they have a good reputation. My own complaint is simple one though – trying to get information about their programs took forever because nobody picks up the phone and emails take days to respond. For a leading institution like this, their communication system is really letting them down because potential partners like me end up frustrated before we even start.
