Was referred here by a colleague for their pharmaceutical quality work and honestly the whole experience was on and off. The hub itself is well organized and the staff knew what they were doing when it came to the technical side of things, but getting answers from them about timelines and progress sha was like pulling teeth. I needed clarification on some safety protocols during my visit and had to ask three different people before someone actually sat down and explained it properly. For a place that's supposed to be about quality and safety they really need to get their communication together because that part was genuinely disappointing.
