Hospital appointment brought me to this area and I stopped by Federal Polytechnic Ukana for their diagnostic services. The staff were actually helpful and explained everything clearly about what they were doing, which I appreciated since medical stuff can confuse person. But abeg the waiting time was ridiculous like I made an appointment and still sat there for almost 50 minutes before they attended to me and that annoyed me proper. Overall the quality of their work is solid but they need to sort out how they manage their schedule because that wait was too much for what I paid.

The diagnostic equipment they have is solid and the staff who attended to me actually knew what they were doing which I appreciated. My only gripe is that I sat waiting almost an hour before they called my name even though I had an appointment, and for someone who just finished a shoot and was tired na, that was frustrating. Apart from that though the service quality was there and the results came back quick so overall I rate it well.
