Came for a consultation at Federal Poly Ile-Oluji and honestly the staff knew what they were doing sha. The nurses were professional and explained everything clearly which I appreciated but the waiting area itself was a whole mess — cramped chairs and barely any ventilation made me sweat through my blouse before I even got attended to. By the time my turn came I was already frustrated even though the actual service was quality. If they just fix that waiting space this place would be solid.
