Came here for mental health support services and honestly the counselors are knowledgeable and actually listen to what you're saying which is rare sha. The whole experience was calm and professional and they made me feel heard about my stress from work. My only gripe is their booking system is messy because I made an appointment weeks in advance but still had to wait almost 30 minutes past my time, and nobody even explained why. Aside from that wahala with the timing, the care from the staff was genuine and I felt better after my session so I'll definitely be back.

My only complaint is that getting an appointment was frustrating because their booking system is confusing and I had to call multiple times before someone picked up. But when I finally got in for my session the experience was solid so I'm coming back.
