Long time customer dropping a review finally because I needed to sort out my pension contributions and honestly FCMB Pensions has been solid with me overall. The staff at their office in Calabar were helpful and explained everything clearly about my growth plan which I appreciated, but abeg their online portal needs serious work because logging in is a whole struggle sometimes and it takes forever to load. For the price I'm paying for this service the portal should work smoothly at least, but I'm still sticking with them because the actual pension growth has been good. 4 stars because the foundation is there but fix that online thing quick.
