Reluctantly agreed to come here and check out their pension services after my mum wouldn't stop talking about it. The investment returns they showed me sha were actually decent and I can see why people rate them but abeg the whole process of understanding what I'm investing in took way too long. The staff member explaining everything to me kept rushing through it like I should already know all the jargon, and when I asked questions she looked irritated. Mixed feelings because the product itself seems solid but the experience made me not want to come back anytime soon.
