Came to use their learning rooms for some quiet time to prep for a certification and the facilities are decent sha. The space itself is clean and the rooms are well organized but I waited almost 30 minutes before anyone explained how the booking system works, and by then I was already frustrated. Staff seemed more interested in their phones than helping visitors figure out what they're paying for. For what they charge I expected better guidance but I guess the space itself is worth something.
