I ordered one of their leather bags online sha and waited almost three weeks for something they said would arrive in 10 days. The bag itself when it finally came was actually beautiful and the quality is there I won't lie but the way they kept giving me different dates before it showed up nearly had me canceling the order. Customer service on WhatsApp was slow to respond too so by the time my bag arrived I was already frustrated even though the product itself was worth it.
