Was skeptical at first but had to use their services when I flew out last month for a medical conference. The airport operations ran smoothly enough and security screening moved faster than I expected which was refreshing. Thing is the information desk staff were not helpful at all when I asked about baggage procedures, just pointed at a sign without even looking up from their phones. For what we pay in airport taxes and fees, you'd think the customer service would match but it's just average.
