I wasn't sure at first but decided to engage with their corporate services as a student researcher and honestly the overall experience has been solid. The people I dealt with was professional and responsive when I needed information about their energy operations. My one complaint sha is that getting clarity on some of their sustainability reports took way longer than it should have because nobody seemed to know who to direct my questions to internally. Still 4 stars because when I finally got through to the right department they were helpful, but abeg they need to sort out their internal coordination because that back and forth wasted my time.
