Frequent customer here and I must say Evonik's specialty chemicals operations are solid for industrial clients like myself in Abeokuta. The quality of their products and technical support has been consistent which is why I keep coming back. My one complaint sha is that getting information about new products or updates takes forever because their communication channels are not straightforward and you have to chase them down. Overall I'll rate them fairly but they need to improve how they keep customers in the loop sef.
