My friend dragged me here for her birthday party planning and honestly the balloon setups they showed us were actually beautiful sha. But waiting almost an hour just to meet with someone even though we had an appointment? That part was frustrating. The staff seemed disorganized and kept saying the person handling events would be right with us but we were basically forgotten. Would've given them more stars if their customer service matched the quality of their decor work.
