Reluctantly agreed to come here and honestly the initial consultation was solid, the planner really listened to what I wanted for my retirement dinner. But then wahala started when it came time to finalize things because communication became a problem and I had to chase them down for updates multiple times. The final event turned out okay in the end but I spent more time following up than I should have, and for what they charge you'd expect them to stay on top of things without me having to call every other day.
