I've tried here for months now and what really got me was how smooth the mobile banking app works honestly. No stress logging in, transferring money, checking balances, everything just flows. The staff at the branch I visited weren't rushing me either even when the queue was long, they actually explained things properly unlike some places. For a bank sha, they deserve the props on this one.
