Used to be my go-to but their social media engagement service has been frustrating lately. First three months were decent, they got me real interactions on my salon's page and my follower count moved, but then quality just dropped small small. Now I'm paying same money but the engagement metrics they promised aren't showing up and their response time when I ask questions is sha terrible, sometimes takes days. For what I'm paying abeg, I expected better consistency but I'm seriously considering switching.
