Came to see what the hype was about with Engage Flow and I won't lie the team seem to know what they doing for modern brands and all that. But abeg the time I spent waiting to even get attended to was something else na, almost 45 minutes just sitting there like I had nothing else to do that day. The work itself when it finally came through was solid and I could see why people rate them, but for a shop owner like me time is money and I nearly lost patience before they got to me. Mixed feelings sha because the quality is there but the service speed needs serious work.
