Came to discuss digital engagement services for my real estate listings and the team seemed knowledgeable sha. They understood what I needed but the whole process took longer than expected and they kept asking me to come back for follow-ups instead of sorting things out same day. The strategy they proposed was solid but when implementation started, communication dropped and I had to chase them multiple times. Would have been a solid 4 stars if they just followed through without the back and forth honestly.
