Took a lot of convincing to try this place and honestly the creative team actually understood what I wanted for my small health clinic's social media presence sha. They delivered some really nice content and the branding direction was professional but abeg the whole process moved at a snail's pace and getting them to respond to messages or give updates was like pulling teeth. I waited almost three weeks just to hear back about revisions and by then I'd already lost momentum with my staff. Would've been a solid four stars if they could just respond faster and keep clients in the loop because the final work itself was worth the money.
