finally got my Toyota sorted without the usual stress

Long time customer dropping a review finally because honestly Elizade made the whole process less painful than I expected. I came to buy a vehicle and the sales guy sha didn't rush me or try to oversell me on features I didn't need, which is rare these days. The paperwork was straightforward and they explained everything clearly before I signed anything. For someone like me who rides all day and needed something reliable, I no go lie this experience was worth it.

Good experience but the waiting game was tiresome

My partner insisted we try this place and honestly the staff were helpful when we finally got attended to. They knew their Toyota inventory inside out and answered all our questions about the different models without rushing us. The only thing that annoyed me sha was how long it took just to get someone to come talk to us when we first arrived, almost 30 minutes just standing there before a salesman came over. Apart from that though the whole experience was solid and they didn't pressure us into buying which I appreciated.

Good cars but the paperwork side is confusing

My partner insisted we try this place and honestly the Toyota selection is solid — they really know their inventory. Guy at the counter explained the vehicle specs clearly which I appreciated but abeg, the documentation process was unnecessarily long and nobody explained the next steps properly until I asked. In and out should take maybe 2 hours max but we were there almost 4 hours just signing papers and waiting for approvals. Overall they have quality vehicles sef, just wish they streamlined their admin side because that part was frustrating.
