Reluctantly agreed to come here and sort out my health insurance after my mum recommended them and honestly the plans they offered were solid and competitive. But abeg the waiting time alone almost made me lose my mind, I sat there for almost an hour just to speak to someone even though I had booked an appointment online. The girl who finally attended to me was professional enough but you could tell she was rushing through everything like she had somewhere else to be. I got what I needed sha but I'm still on the fence about renewing with them next year because of that whole experience
