Reluctantly agreed to come here after my wife kept insisting and honestly the experience wasn't bad at all. The staff were friendly, the place is clean and the whole tech setup they have makes things quick once you're actually being attended to. My only gripe sha is that their online booking system is confusing, kept telling me I had an appointment time but when I got there I still had to wait almost 30 minutes before anyone called my name. For a place that's supposed to be tech-enabled, that part needs serious work abeg.
