Long time customer dropping a review finally because I need to say this. The manufacturing work they do is solid and I've trusted them with my shop's equipment needs for years, but abeg their follow-up on orders is terrible. Last time I placed an order they wouldn't return my calls for almost two weeks and I had to show up physically before anyone gave me an update on my delivery date. Everything else about them is fine sef but that communication wahala needs to stop.
