Needed some IT support for my delivery app and they sorted me out proper, the technician knew his onions and explained everything clearly which I appreciated sha. My only beef is how long it took to get someone to even look at my issue in the first place, I called three times before they picked up and by then half my day was gone already. For what they charge and how professional they claim to be, the waiting around should not happen like that. Overall they did the job well but their customer service timing needs serious work.
