Long time customer dropping a review finally because I had to say something. Ekiti Water Board actually helped us sort out our utility data issues properly and the consulting advice they gave was solid, but abeg the response time between when you submit your request and when they actually get back to you is something else. I waited almost three weeks for feedback on my case when they said it would be two days maximum. Good service when they eventually show up but that delay cost me money honestly and I hope they can fix that because everything else checks out.
