Review Time
Stepped out of my comfort zone and tried their leadership hub program and I'm not gonna lie, it was worth it. The instructors really know their stuff and they don't just lecture you like those other places, they actually engage with you one on one which sha made all the difference. I came in skeptical as a farmer thinking what do I need leadership training for but by week three I was already applying what I learned to how I manage my farm operations. For what they charge it's expensive but this time around the value is actually there.
My partner insisted we try this place and honestly I was skeptical but the way they structured the whole leadership curriculum sha really impressed me. I work as a delivery rider so time is money for me, but the instructors didnt make me feel rushed even though I had limited availability and they worked around my schedule. The practical application stuff they teach actually applies to how I manage my deliveries and my small side hustle now. Worth the investment I wont lie.
