Stepped out of my comfort zone and tried the mental health hub here at Edo State Polytechnic and I'm not going to lie, it was exactly what I needed. The counselor I met with took time to listen and didn't just rush through like some places do. As a young pastor dealing with stress from ministry work, having somewhere legit to talk things through without judgment has made a real difference.
