Came to check out this school care place after my sister wouldn't stop talking about it and honestly I had mixed feelings walking out. The wellness side of things is actually well thought out and the staff seemed to care about what they were doing but the whole experience felt disorganized like they're still figuring things out. Waited almost an hour for something that should have taken 20 minutes and nobody even apologized or explained why. Good concept but they need to get their act together if they want people coming back regular.
