Wasn't sure at first but coming here to sort out some regional trade documentation sha changed my perspective. The staff member who helped me took time to explain how the whole economic commission thing works and didn't make me feel stupid for asking questions. In and out in about 30 minutes which for government-related stuff is actually fast. I no go lie, if you need anything touching West African trade or regional policies, these people know their onions.
