Long time customer dropping a review finally because I had to come back for my grandson's primary school project. They really did something special with the themed decor packages sha. I came in looking for basic stuff but the way their staff broke down options and actually understood what would work for a school environment was impressive. Won't lie, prices are steep but when you see the quality of materials and how polished everything looks, you get why. Worth it if you serious about making the space look proper.
Came for a quick look at their school decoration pieces since I was in the area and honestly the display items are actually well arranged and the styles look fresh. But then I asked about customizing some pieces for an event and the girl at the counter sha took almost 20 minutes before she even bothered to show me a portfolio, just sitting there scrolling her phone. The prices they quoted were honestly steep for what you're getting and when I asked if they do bulk discounts for vendors like me she just said no without even thinking about it. I like what they doing with the aesthetic sef but the customer service needs serious work here.
