Frequent customer here and I must say Ecobank's mobile app changed the game for me. As a doctor handling patient payments and clinic expenses, having the pan-African transfer feature means I can send money to my mum in Ghana without stepping into a branch and dealing with the whole wahala. The app interface is straightforward, transactions go through fast, and the exchange rates are fair compared to what other banks offer. Only thing is their customer service line can be slow sometimes but honestly for the convenience this gives me, I can't complain much.
