Mixed feelings with Duplo sha

I wasn't sure at first but decided to try their platform for our school's payment needs. The interface is straightforward and transfers actually went through without drama, but the customer support response time was frustrating - took almost three days to get an answer on a simple question about transaction limits. For a B2B platform that's supposed to make things easier, that kind of wait time defeats the purpose na. I'll use them again but I'm keeping my options open because e no easy finding a reliable payment solution for business transactions.
