Came to process a lab order through their platform and the whole thing was unnecessarily complicated sha. Their tech interface is actually decent and the prices competitive, but getting through to someone who can actually help took almost an hour and I almost gave up. The girl handling inquiries was polite at least but seemed like she was the only one managing everything. I'll probably use them again because the service itself is solid, but abeg they need more staff on the customer side.
