Came to pick up a laptop I ordered and the system they have is actually solid. The staff knew their stuff when I asked questions about specs and they didn't try to oversell me which was refreshing. My only gripe sha is I waited almost an hour even though I had a pickup time confirmed. For a place that deals with premium computers, they need to sort out their fulfillment timing because that was unnecessary frustration.
