Reluctantly agreed to try DrConsult since my regular doctor's office had a long wait, and honestly the consultation itself was good. Doctor was patient, answered my questions properly, and I got my prescription sorted within like 20 minutes which was fast. My problem though is their app kept timing out when I tried to book the follow-up appointment and I had to call their support line instead which defeated the purpose of using an online service. For something they're billing as Nigeria's leading online doctor service, that technical glitch should not be happening in 2024.
