Wasn't enthusiastic but came anyway when the hospital I work with recommended them for our life support needs. The actual products and solutions they provided are solid, I won't lie, and the technical team knew what they were doing when they came to set things up. My only gripe is how long it took from when we first contacted them to when everything was actually installed and running, like we were waiting for weeks for what should have been faster. Other than that hiccup with the timeline, they've been reliable since then.
